Columbia Honda - Service Center

Had you preformed the proper service on the used 2015 CR-V... I wouldn't have needed to return 6 days after purchase to get a new battery installed. I was not happy when the car never started after drivi CR-V... I wouldn't have needed to return 6 days after purchase to get a new battery installed. I was not happy when the car never started after driving it home on Feb 22. However your service department quickly installed a new battery on Feb 27 at no charge. Just seems like a complete servicing of a used car would catch that a car with 79K miles still had it's original battery and it would automatically be replaced before offering for sale. More

The check engine light came on in my Honda. I called the service dept hoping to get an appt and expecting a few days waiting time. The service representative understood the concern, weather conditions the service dept hoping to get an appt and expecting a few days waiting time. The service representative understood the concern, weather conditions were bad, and reliable transportation is important. He said he would work the checkup into the schedule same day if that worked for me. I appreciated the willingness of the service advisor to do better than schedule an appointment in an open space later in the week.
