I’ve been a customer of Concordville Subaru since October 2020…always a pleasure! I could go to a Subaru dealership less than a mile from my home, but Instead, I drive 25 minutes to Concordville for service! 2020…always a pleasure! Concordville Subaru has an ideal and inviting vehicle drop off. Driving into the service area keeps you out of the weather. After exiting your car you’re greeted by a service rep. I had pre registered a drop off. Driving into the service area keeps you out of the weather. After exiting your car you’re greeted by a service rep. I had pre registered and checked off my required service items. I was informed it would take about an hour. I was directed to the waiting lounge which I found clean and very comfy. In about an hour the service rep went over my invoice and then escorted me to my vehicle. Job well done! More
