I bought the new SUV that Subaru just brought to market, and unfortunately the car has a lot of bugs. Roof leaks that they can't really fix, and a problem with the gas tank, which had to be replaced. I travel extensively for business, and while this dealership is good at fitting you in, the other dealers ( I think because they are individually owned) aren't as supportive of warranty repairs. I also had the deal changed when I leased the car, which was very aggravating. So while I love the Subaru ads, I don't think I will go back to Subaru and if I did, I certainly wouldn't go for a new model. More

While all the staff shows an eagerness to help and the Service Dept is stellar, Moe is the reason we've not looked for since 2008 and 10 Subarus ago.
