Set a confirmed appointment to see specific RAV4 only to have salesperson not there. Receptionist TOLD me to "hang on" while she verified what to do with the manager. Another salesperson helped only to tell me the car I came to see had not arrived into inventory but I could check out other cars. I ordered the car I came into see. When I arrived to pick up the car 2 weeks later, paying with bank check, it took over an hour and a half for the salesperson to process paperwork (again, they knew i was coming in to get the car and the ONLY information they did not have was my insurance information. AN HOUR AND A HALF! Then I was called into see the "Finance Manager" to sign paperwork. She was apparantly having bad day, she was functional... "SIt there"... "You need to sign some forms" ... No greeting, no thank you when done signing... Thankfully I live closer to another dealership where I will go for any service! More
