Service advisor, scheduling person and customer should be on the same page. I called and requested service schedule for my vehicle and I said I would be waiting at the dealership but scheduling person put me on the same page. I called and requested service schedule for my vehicle and I said I would be waiting at the dealership but scheduling person put me in for drop off! . Luckily the service manager fixed the situation. That’s why dealership requires a manager/ supervisor. Thanks. More

There is not much to say. I have used Conicelli for both the purchase and service of my 2013 Tacoma. This last experience was excellent as usual.
