I purchased a used car from Conyers Nissan. My experience was average. Staff were pleasant and friendly, as to be expected. Initial pricing was great until additional dealer fees were added , as to be expec was average. Staff were pleasant and friendly, as to be expected. Initial pricing was great until additional dealer fees were added , as to be expected. I was disappointed in the preparation of the vehicle. Interior wasn’t fully cleaned, failed emissions (done that day )and a missing spare key. It seemed like it was last minute rush to get a vehicle ready that was on the lot for 3 weeks. Overall my experience ok. More

When I arrived for a service waited several minutes in my car nobody came out to greet me. I was the only car in the bay, and there were several people inside sitting at their desks. I got out of car and we car nobody came out to greet me. I was the only car in the bay, and there were several people inside sitting at their desks. I got out of car and went inside to get someone. I waited in the front of the two gentlemen for several moments neither one acknowledge my presence. I walked inside to use the restroom. When I came back outside to my car, there was no one near my car waiting. So I waited on the passenger side of my car for several minutes no one came to greet me. It’s finally when I got in my driver seat and turned on my car someone wanted to come out and greet me. However I was tired of waiting so I left. Horrible customer service. More
