Plus found a color of car that I have wanted for the last 26 years - AMAZING! Cortese finance department stepped UP and fought to get us the best financing (despite our uphill challenges). Dave even got an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Which even included towing - wow. We can easily give this purchase 5 STARS. I also have dealt with the service department a few times over the past 10 years. Previous vehicles I owned were maintenance and I kept coming back because they were accurate, fast, courteous & most of all fairly priced. It COMFORTS us knowing that a proficient service department will keep our vehicle trouble free. We look forward to a strong continued relationship with Cortese. None of the dealership service experience I expect. 10k mile service of my 2019 Ram 1500. Oil change, Tire Rotation and Inspection. To start I have to trust the oil was changed, the only evidence I 10k mile service of my 2019 Ram 1500. Oil change, Tire Rotation and Inspection. To start I have to trust the oil was changed, the only evidence I have that anything was done was a paper floor mat on the driver side. They didn’t reset oil life monitor. The tire rotation was completed, I know this because I did have 1 tire that was down a few pounds of pressure, and the tpms was still showing the low pressure but it had moved positions after a few miles drive. Now what I feel Was missing. Filling the air in that tire I mentioned was low. Filling the fluids. Resetting that oil life. And a quick wash wouldn’t be nice too. All services I’ve received from a dealer just down the street from Cortese. More
