Poor service I dropped off my vehicle the night before my service appointment. I had a oil change schedule and a recall which was supposed to take .2 hours. Full I dropped off my vehicle the night before my service appointment. I had a oil change schedule and a recall which was supposed to take .2 hours. Fully expecting to receive my vehicle back to me before 10:30 in the morning. I was not text until almost 3:30 in the afternoon that it was done. I also asked the service advisor if they could arrange for shuttle pick-up in 45 minutes after that text message was sent and received another one saying that I was the one that needed to call the shuttle man. Just truly unacceptable service. I obviously was put aside why other jobs were taken care of because I was not in the waiting room waiting. I'm actually such disgruntled by that appointment I'll probably seek out Doan for service from now on. More

Listened to hear what I was looking for the price I was looking for and actually fought to get me the best possible deal. They will not be out bid by another dealer and have a solid sales point of what can we do to earn your business. I really had no hassle and they fought to make it as convenient as possible for me and my family. Total time I spent doing paperwork was only about an hour maybe hour and a half (22 month old made it a little difficult.) But they worked hard the only thing that took the longest was finding what I wanted with what was available. Kinda nice when you go in and everything is no pressure on you, just about getting the best deal with what you want when you want to get it. If you want a solid deal with a good expierence highly recommend walking into this dealership and seeing what they have to offer. More

Disappointed I came in with a brand new vehicle for some noise in the trunk most likely caused by the addition of the larger size spare tire. The Cortese service department was a bit backed up, and they weren't able to get to my car for several days.
