Sales person was fine but no real issues addressed , like financial information on payments, lease options and trade in value. First off , the large battery was dead on my new Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheeler 4XE HYBRID. Car was not cleaned and had 2 days worth of snow / dirt on it. Financial issues were no notice of increase in payment due to credit NOT being checked prior to deal. I almost walked out when payment went up when I was clear about payment amount. Probably should’ve just left. Too many details left hanging like Sirius XM and all the xx trying to connect all the Mopar, Jeep and connected apps. Really sucked as far as service after the sale. Already had 3 engine light or other UNKNOWN and scary things happen. Do not buy this vehicle until you spend a solid hour with a KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE. Person. Overall, I still love this Jeep and will keep it a long time. Everybody that touched this deal with me was nice but each part of this transaction was lacking in focus. It was MY choice to BUY this Jeep. I had been looking for a year and a half and I appreciated Ms. Cortese reaching out several times prior and after the sale.
