Have brought 2-yr old car in 3x for same issue. Very little communication from team. This last time they had the vehicle for 2 weeks. When I ask questions, the team gets veeeeery defensive and says Very little communication from team. This last time they had the vehicle for 2 weeks. When I ask questions, the team gets veeeeery defensive and says “it’ll be in the report.” That’s fine, I’d just like to know what’s going on and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Like, you know, have a conversation. No updates during the 2 weeks. Had to keep calling every few days just to make sure they even remembers they had my car. More
