Bought my Outlander here a few years ago. The vehicle and service department have been great. My only complaint is that when I purchased the car, sales dept told me my trade-in was $1000 LESS The vehicle and service department have been great. My only complaint is that when I purchased the car, sales dept told me my trade-in was $1000 LESS than what was previously agreed upon just days before. We worked it out but the experience has stuck with me. More
