Our salesperson, Chloe, was great. The person who handled our paperwork was very nice (when we completed the documents), I belief that was Chris. However, there was a math error in the deal of $500, that was our paperwork was very nice (when we completed the documents), I belief that was Chris. However, there was a math error in the deal of $500, that was discovered by Chris after we left and had finalized the deal. I did not think it was fair for me to pay the entire amount as I paid what was supposed to be the correct amount. I asked if we could split the $500 but that was rejected. I paid the full amount but it defiantly gave me a bad feeling about this dealership. This is the third vehicle we have leased or purchased and I thought a long term customer would be treated better. Big time scammers...they charge you a diagnostic fee for a half done job! Poor customer service...had the audacity to charge an inspection fee when the truck was there to be fixed to pass inspection. Awesome Dealership and awesome staff was a top notch experience from Start to Finish and Completed the whole deal in under 36hrs over the phone and through txt. due to them being an hour away.
