Another perfect experience Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was waiting, the service manager informed me that he had discovered that my car was awaiting a fa Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was waiting, the service manager informed me that he had discovered that my car was awaiting a factory update to avert a possible problem. I had received the letter regarding this potential issue several months earlier but had forgotten all about it. The service department was able to make the necessary update (at no charge) while I was there. Thanks to their due diligence, my car is now up-to-date. More

Relatively Quick and Easy Steve Service Did an Excellent Job, He was cool and courteous to me. Travis did well understanding what I was willing and not willing to pay. On another note, I wish I could of had a full tank when I left seeing I financed a pretty expensive vehicle. I did notice when I got home that above the visor that they were still dusty or grimy. I also noticed that the Detail team missed the tailgate where it rotates up and down when opening and under the front and rear bumper where it looked like it had be driving through a corn field or something. (I was prior service so I tend to find things that are not out in the open and in nooks and crannies). Overall I have ad the truck for 24 hrs and have been satisfied. More
