Didn't do what I requested (again) Request rotate and rebalance tires; Very obviously didn't rebalance the tires. Requested to connect the securing straps on the 2 front seats. They were disconnected 3 services ago to repair the seats AC and not resecured (the covers work there way loose). This is the second time I requested this repair. Didn't do the work last time either. Great salesman experience. I went in to drop off a leased car under Peace of Mind. My husband recently died and the lease was in his name, FordCredit told me it would be easier I went in to drop off a leased car under Peace of Mind. My husband recently died and the lease was in his name, FordCredit told me it would be easier if I turned in the car than put the lease in my name. Understandably, this was a very difficult thing to do, but the salesman who approached me, Tom Ciavarri, was very kind. He helped me through the process, and then I leased an Eco Sport. The General Manager came to introduce himself,and the finance person was very thorough explaining the lease. I felt that Tom Ciavarri gives each sale a personal touch, and I am sure I will return in the future when my lease is over. More

Poor Customer Service My agency has been a faithful customer at Cortese Ford for 8+ years. In fact, we purchase all of our agency vehicles from Cortese. However, within the past few years my office in particular has had inconsistent experiences when getting our program vehicles serviced there. It seems as though every time we bring our vehicle in to be serviced for something simple, there is additional work that needs to be done. We purchase our vehicles brand new and I understand normal wear and tear, but find that we often question some of the additional work "needed". Overall, our experience is that it has been difficult in communicating with the service department, making it an inconvenience to have our vehicles serviced. On multiple occasions, we have dropped our vehicles off to be serviced for routine maintenance (e.i. oil changes, inspections, snow tire change) and have not had our vehicles returned to us until the following day. More so the communication is very minimal as to when our vehicles are ready for pick up. I spoke with Darren, the Service Manager, regarding our experience and initially did not feel heard and dismissed. I had to call back and express my frustrations and concerns. Darren and I had a meaningful conversation and was able to reach a mutual understanding. Unfortunately, it has come to a point where we are very much considering taking our business and service needs elsewhere. Again, we have done a lot of business with Cortese and it's disappointing to have to write this review. This review is not a reflection on the quality of work the service department does, but to share our most recent experiences in customer service. More

I was pleasantly surprised to just have to pull in to the service (not park outside) garage and check in. The staff was friendly, relatable, and professional. Service took maybe 45 minutes tops. Overall A++ More
