My truck was with the dealership for 2 months after having a scheduled appointment. I was told my truck would be fixed on the date of my appointment 08/29/22 and here we are 10/03/2022 and I just had t having a scheduled appointment. For 2 months I called and called and would be told “we have no date” or “I will contact the parts manager and give a call back with a satellite and I would NEVER receive a call back they also NEVER told me that this part was on back order, I found this information out from the repair shop that will be fixing my vehicle, the part that I’ve been waiting on since august is on back order until December of 2022. And the dealership NEVER told me this information. I will NEVER purchase another ford vehicle this was my first experience with a car note and FORD has made it the absolute worst. I will never purchase another ford vehicle. Horrible customer service, horrible vehicles I’ve had this car for 2 years and the turbo charger is “faulty”. 0 accommodations, not even an attempt. Absolutely horrrible! More
