I am not a fan of the old school mentality of keep the customer as long as possible. I spent more time by myself waiting for the sales person to talk to finance or talk to management, etc. Also, when we customer as long as possible. I spent more time by myself waiting for the sales person to talk to finance or talk to management, etc. Also, when we agreed on the deal in included both the $1000 trade allowance and 0% interest for 72 months. it wasn't until I was signing the paper work when the accountant told me it is one or the other. I would think the sales person should know exactly what I'm able to get as a customer. The ONLY reason I continued with the sale was because this dealer was the only one getting the trim package I wanted. I did look into other dealerships and they were all getting lower trim packages. Because of the two issues I mentioned I will not be making future purchases or recommending Cortese as a dealer to anyone I know. my sales person isn't even listed in the people I worked with and he has been with the dealership for over 3 months More

There is little to no communication between the service advisor and customer. We have had several vehicles there and have waited over 2 weeks before they are looked at. I have one vehicle that was there advisor and customer. We have had several vehicles there and have waited over 2 weeks before they are looked at. I have one vehicle that was there for an issue since June 23, and got back without the complaint repaired. It is still there on September 17, and I can not get a service advisor on the phone to ask for the progress on this vehicle. More
