I feel that a service advisor should have contacted me to let me know updates on my car. I didn’t know my car was fixed until I received a text telling me if I have any questions to contact Ford. When I did contact them that’s when I learned it was fix. In the past Ford would call me to let me know my vehicle was done. I was disappointed in the service because I paid all that money and didn’t get the feedback that I felt like I deserve. More
