This dealership really struggles with communication and telling the truth. They gave me false information on more than one occasion. This was after my salesperson quit and no one told me and my pre-order telling the truth. They gave me false information on more than one occasion. This was after my salesperson quit and no one told me and my pre-order for a vehicle was lost. Then once I settled for a different vehicle, it took them 9 weeks to get my information to the DMV. I had to go in person several times to try to clear things up. It makes me sad to leave a less than stellar review, because I usually like spreading positivity. I am just frustrated at how this entire process went, and I barely got a half-hearted "sorry" out of all of it. More

Turned out to be a lot of lying and misleading going on with the financial negotiations. I drastically overpaid because of this. Not typical negotiating tactics.. for example, I was told by the floor sales with the financial negotiations. I drastically overpaid because of this. I agreed to the lowest price I could argue on that basis, only to find out after signing that the actual rate I was financing for was 8.6%. That would've been a monthly payment (after down-payment) of $670. Instead. I am paying $834/mo. Your dealership is the reason people hate buying used cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine bel cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager.
