I had the pleasure to work with Zach Nelson. He made the process a lot smoother. He was very polite and friendly. They didn’t feel comfortable releasing the car until a few things were fixed. But in the mea process a lot smoother. He was very polite and friendly. They didn’t feel comfortable releasing the car until a few things were fixed. But in the meantime, did offer me a loaner car. Zach was great and kept me informed with any new updates he had. He had a quick response time. I am definitely glad I chose Courtesy Acura. I didn’t get that added pressure like other dealerships.
