I have experienced several problems with my 2019 RDX - from the first day I bought my vehicle I had problems with a rattle in the dash and my navigation system would go black and shut down the nav and the from the first day I bought my vehicle I had problems with a rattle in the dash and my navigation system would go black and shut down the nav and the radio. I finally got the navigation system fixed but rattle in the dash still remains. Then I lost the radio and to have the tuner replaced. The brakes still squeak when it gets cold. Connor at Courtesy Acura has given me the best service, listened to all my problems, and has tried to fix all my problems. More

Will definitely be back for service appointments here. The only reason its not 5 stars is that the morning of the appointment they asked that I come in later because they had no loaners. I agree, but then I was texted by a different member asking to reschedule to the following week (was already waiting 2 weeks) if I wanted a loaner. I came in that afternoon anyway because I needed service before the weekend road trip. It turns out when I got there I saw at least 5 or more loaner cars around and they were able to give me one. I appreciate that they offer the service, but didn't appreciate the runaround on that. More
