The last service visit worst in 17 years I was last in to service on 3-20-20. I had an appointment, checked car in with mileage then sat at the service persons desk for just about 15 minutes I was last in to service on 3-20-20. I had an appointment, checked car in with mileage then sat at the service persons desk for just about 15 minutes. I have for fifteen years brought mobil 1 in for my oil changes make a note of it on the work order and when I bring in 6 qts I have one left from the case of 6. This time no mobil1 left in the car. The windshield sticker gave the date but no mileage for next service. Finally after reviewing what the mechanic said needed some attention, the rear breaks, I asked for a quote. I was told around $800 so I decided to wait. Since then I have learned the actual price would be 300-350. I am ready to get the brakes done, but as I thought about my last visit and that whole experience I wanted some one to know I was not happy, never got the chance to do your survey. I was spoiled for many years with Sandy as my service manager, but I have worked with others since he left with not this many issue in one visit .I believe I was working with Conner. More

Excessive Oil Consumption Issue Michael Wajler was instrumental in obtaining Acura's approval to make the necessary repairs to our 2012 Acura MDX. Our car was experiencing excessive Michael Wajler was instrumental in obtaining Acura's approval to make the necessary repairs to our 2012 Acura MDX. Our car was experiencing excessive oil consumption and Michael worked with me to bring the car in regularly for testing. During the repairs Michael kept me informed on the status and the repairs were completed within the expected timeline. I worked with Michael a year ago when I needed the air conditioning repaired on short notice in order to drive the car on vacation. He was able to coordinate the repairs within one day and even arranged transportation to take me back to my office. Michael is very professional and provides excellent customer service. More
