Not a Great Experience There were many things that did not go smoothly - The service consultant called me to tell me what services were recommended. I told him I'd check with my husband and call right back to let him know what we'd like to do. I literally called him back within 5 minutes and left a voicemail detailing the services to proceed with. I also texted him the same information when I didn't hear back. I assumed (my fault here) that he got the message and so I drove halfway to the dealership hours later when I decided to call his line again to confirm. He didn't answer (again). So, I called the main line - he picked up, which was strange, since he didn't pick up his own extension... He didn't know anything about me leaving multiple messages and had not done anything with the car. He said he could have it ready in about an hour if I wanted to come back at 6:30pm or 7:00pm. I told him I'd just come back about 8:30am the next day on my way to work. So, I did. And when I got there, he said the car hadn't been started yet and would need a couple hours. This was frustrating. A heads up at 7:30 or 8:00am would have avoided me wasting 45 minutes. I had to head to work and come back that evening. I realize these things happen - and I'm to blame for heading over the first time without verbal confirmation. However, the whole experience was painful and frustrating. More
I had a scheduled maintenance performed, with explanation of what would be checked during the A1 service. I was due for an additional service which was completed at the same time. I had a check engine light come on in my new <500 mile vehicle which was very upsetting. I called and spoke to Drew at Courtesy Acura and he was able to get me right in and the issue was taken care of wi vehicle which was very upsetting. Needless to say this was fantastic service and after spending roughly $40000 in a new car to have the dealership I bought it from step up like that and back their sale was fantastic. It made me very happy to have made my choice to buy from there and I look forward to a long relationship. Thank you! More

The loaner car was clean and the service on my car was done promptly. When picking up my car, it was washed with a bottled water and chocolate mint waiting for me inside the vehicle. Plus, the staff transferred my Costco stash from the loaner car to mine. Yep. It's the little things. More

Service was great but the waiting room was unbearably cold and I had to wait two hours. I complained but no one could fix the problem! The coffee machine was out of order which might have helped to war cold and I had to wait two hours. I complained but no one could fix the problem!
