Good experience with some missed steps This is the second vehicle which I've purchased from Courtesy in the last 18 months, both brand new. The first experience was superior, they really l This is the second vehicle which I've purchased from Courtesy in the last 18 months, both brand new. The first experience was superior, they really lived up to their name. This experience was not horrible, but there were certainly 2 big missed steps that caused some angst and frustration. 1. Salesperson quoted me one interest rate in the "sales room" but it turned out to be another in the finance "room". He readily acknowledged the mistake and was very apologetic. I would've let it slide, but... 2. 13 days after purchasing the vehicle I get a call that my payoff was more than we thought it was ($350 bucks more). I"m bothered that the dealership waited 13 days to tell me this. The finance manager was apologetic and took care of a portion of the amount, however, it took several emails with the salesperson and my asking to get management involved before the sales manager emailed me and owned it. He too agreed that it shouldn't have taken as long as it did. If he knew this, they should've owned the mistake from the beginning, and that information should've been offered when I was contacted. I feel as though they would've let me pay the entire amount knowing they were largely, and maybe even mostly to blame. This part felt a bit deceitful. I hope this encounter is the exception, and that the first sales transaction was more representative of what one could expect. More

Some better transparency would be nice. No one told me yesterday that the brakes were not end all be all and that there was potential to squeak. I feel like I don’t get told everything.
