I drive all the time with nearly 1,000 pounds of passengers plus cargo, which is within Acura specifications. Courtesy Acura replaced both springs and struts at no cost to return the vehicle to normal positioning and permit restoration of alignment that was causing abnormal tire wear. More

Missy and Mark score a 100! I stopped into Courtesy Acura service on a Saturday morning to see if, by chance, they could take a drive with me to hear an issue near the front axle I stopped into Courtesy Acura service on a Saturday morning to see if, by chance, they could take a drive with me to hear an issue near the front axle that I’d been struggling with for months. Missy was amazing to make time for her best tech, Mark, to drive with me. Mark heard the noise and got to work figuring out what was wrong. In fact, he also found a cracked hose that was just as concerning. Missy did an amazing job of thoroughly explaining the issues. Mark expertly fixed the problems, and I drove off extremely happy I decided to stop. Huge thank you to both Missy and Mark for making a very satisfied customer. More
