Oil Change I had my usual oil change but this time it was top notch service. Matt provided me with the ability to have a Lyft so I could leave the dealership and I had my usual oil change but this time it was top notch service. Usually a 5 Star Experience...This time was an exception I have been bringing my 2016 Acura to Courtesy Acura ever since I purchased it at Pikes Peak Acura in Colorado Springs four years ago. I quit having I have been bringing my 2016 Acura to Courtesy Acura ever since I purchased it at Pikes Peak Acura in Colorado Springs four years ago. I quit having my Acuras serviced at Pikes Peak Acura several years ago because they were recommending repairs that needed to be made that were not necessary. Up until now I have had awesome service at Courtesy Acura, even though I need to drive from Colorado Springs to have them service my car, it's been well worth the trip. I was having my current scheduled service done and was told it would take 1-2 hours. I said that I could wait...After about 1 hr. and 20 min, I went to check on how much time was remaining, and the service rep, Leo told me that they didn't even have the car in to service it yet. He did say if I needed to get back home, he would go ahead and wash the car himself and I could drive it home. With the current road construction, that's 2 hours up and 2 hours back for a "free" carwash!!! Totally unacceptable. I will find somewhere else to service my vehicle. : ( More
