He arranged for a loaner and kept me informed until the problem was identified. He provided warranty information do I know when my extended one kicks in. The service technician identified the problem, fixed it and replaced dome other parts I needed as well. All within the same day! Thankfully it was nothing too serious and I’m very appreciative of the service technician recommendations to prevent the issue from happening again. Alec (Enrique) works so well with his team, service technicians and customers. Thank you all for taking care of our needs so we remain safe when we are driving. More

Warranty work for rattle I had to take my MDX in twice for identifying a rattle in the mid-cabin. After leaving my car with them for a few days, the rattle was identified and I had to take my MDX in twice for identifying a rattle in the mid-cabin.
