You see, my wife and I had a dilemma; we were leaving on a holiday trip and didn't have much time to secure a new vehicle for the journey. It turned out the 2011 MDX needed 4 new tires/front bearings and we wouldn't be able to leave with it on time. To solve this issue for us, Cole and Sean leant us a 2018 MDX for the 10 day trip from Denver to Phoenix- It was a huge relief! We highly recommend you check them out if you're in the market for a new vehicle. More

Do Not Buy a Car from Courtesy Acura, Complete Incompetence! We recently purchased a car from Courtesy Acura, our 3rd from this dealership. And it will be our last. After buying our recent car from them we rec We recently purchased a car from Courtesy Acura, our 3rd from this dealership. And it will be our last. After buying our recent car from them we received a notice from the State of Colorado that our registration (which actually had not even been completed yet) had been revoked and our newly purchased vehicle was not to be driven and was subject to impoundment by the state. In working with the DMV it was determined that this was because a check Courtesy Acura sent in to cover vehicle taxes bounced! This bogus check was written by someone named Sheryl/Cheryl (not sure) at Courtesy. I tried to call her, of course she "was not available" but someone named Jermiah did pick up. He did help me out but he accepted no responsibility whatsoever and did throw the DMV under the bus when in fact it was a bad check written by Courtesy that caused the problem. I just spent all morning straightening this out, with not much cooperation from Courtesy. (Oh, and I didn't mention that we bought this car in November but Courtesy couldn't even get the paperwork to the state until mid-January. And it still wasn't complete.) If this sounds like fun to you and you want to buy a car from them that is subject to impoundment due to Courtesy's lack of professionalism, feel free to deal with these incompetents. And ask yourself: what kind of reputable dealer bounces checks? More

A squeak that was driving me crazy A squeak developed in the front passenger side of my RDX. I tried to have passengers isolate the sound but they never could some saying it sounded as A squeak developed in the front passenger side of my RDX. I tried to have passengers isolate the sound but they never could some saying it sounded as though it was coming from deep inside the dashboard. From my position as driver it sounded as though there were two materials making contact with each other made the sound. I explained this to Vanessa the service writer and she asked questions and made a good summary notation for the technician. I also mentioned that about a month before the blower motor on the passenger side made an odd sound as though it was not spinning true, but when I shut the car off and restarted it the sound was gone. Your technician who I believe is named Randy did a great job of isolating the issues and fixing them. He replaced the blower motor which I believe was the sound my passengers heard deep in the dashboard. He also discovered that the dashboard material was making contact with the material on the pillar which made a squeaking noise, so he raised the pillar material and now the noises are gone. I am so thankful, the noises were literally driving me crazy, I was thinking about getting rid of the car because of the noises, but now all is better and I am very satisfied and happy. More
