Hello Bill, Please know that we value both your business and your feedback. You are absolutely correct that the check we sent to the DMV was rejected by the bank. I have done some investigation and it seems a clerical error on our end caused the check to be rejected. I also appreciate you calling in so that we could fix the problem immediately after being notified. The DMV can be a frustrating place and the frustration only grows when we do something to prolong your visit. The DMV does provide a 60 day temporary tag because it does take a little while to process all of the paperwork. Again, please know that we appreciate you and your business and you can feel free to call me at the store any time so I can personally assist you. Jeremiah, Quit knocking the DMV! It was entirely, 100% Courtesy Acura's fault! You even admitted it. If your bookkeeper was competent this would never have happened and I'd be coming back soon to replace my current Acura (as we mentioned to the sales guy when we bought the current car). But I will never step foot on your premises again. And I love Acuras! And I misspoke before. This was our FOURTH car bought from Courtesy. And this is how you treat long-standing customers. You cause the state to revoke our registration and threaten to impound our car and then you try to accept blame but them immediately pass it to the DMV. You can tell your bookkeeper and his/her boss that he/she lost a sale for you. B
