Mistake corrected About 4 weeks ago I had my RDX regular maintenance preformed. While there Courtsey mechanics suggested that I needed front brakes. They also indicated that my rear brakes were fine and showed me a diagramed printout. A few days ago my wife said she heard a squeaking sound/metal on metal. I made an online appointment and drove to Bway Courtsey Acura. The tech,Alec, was extremely helpful. He as well as other mechanics could not explain what had occurred. They offered to replace the brakes at 1/2 the cost. I wasn’t happy be agreed. They also fixed the software that controls the Gas Cap. It displayed “Opened”. Alec was extremely apologetic and courteous. His willingness to help was the main reason that I will continue to have my RDX serviced at Courtsey Acura. More

However the service (oil change, tire rotation and balance) was very expensive, took over 1 1/2 hours and not completed at 100%. what dealer would rotate and balance tires and not check air pressure in the tires. It is kind of Annoying to have to stop at a gas station and fill up your tires when you just spent $100 on service. It doesn’t seem like rocket science to make sure tires are correctly inflated before performing service on them. More
