Billed for unnecessary service I brought my 2017 RDX with only 14,000 miles on it to Courtesy for a prepaid oil change and fluid check, as the last one was performed in March. I was told by the service advisor that some additional service may be necessary, and I agreed to have it done IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. When I came to pick the car up, my credit card had been charged an additional $353.00 for tire rotation, rebalancing, rear differential service, and cabin and engine filter replacement... At 14,000 miles?! What are they going to charge me for at 30,000 miles?! I filed this review after the service on August 31st but never heard back from the dealership, and I cannot find the review anywhere on the Dealer Rater site. Perhaps only good reviews are published?! More

Typical Dealer I go in for just an oil change and want them to check something out with my car. Once I sit down with the advisor, before talking about what they are I go in for just an oil change and want them to check something out with my car. Once I sit down with the advisor, before talking about what they are doing today, he starts trying to sell me on a bunch of service checkups and pushing me to do them as soon as possible. They prices are overpriced, $400 for 4cyl valve adjustment should be more like 300. In addition, some of the service he was recommending I do have already been completed. He seems like he did not know much about cars, and we was not providing me with any service intervals to backup what he is trying to sell. I wait for the car in their lobby, but I see them pull it up once it’s ready through the glass. I waited for another 20 minutes or so after the car was ready. Turns out my clutch is wearing according to their diagnostic, however his quote on a new clutch and resurfaced flywheel was $3000 + Labor! I can get a new clutch, new flywheel, and get that installed for about $1000 less. In addition, every time I go there their techs put so much tire shine on that it flings all over the body of the car. I also get in to my car and see these dots on the plastic, they clearly sprayed something but didn’t wipe it. Same thing on the door trim and headlights. And after trying to degreaser and armor all, I can’t get the spots to go away on the door trim. Would not recommend having them wash your car if you care about how it looks. More

Along with being exceptionally polite, he did an outstanding job of listening to my thoughts/concerns and then informed me of all my options so I could then make my best decision on what to do with the vehicle. Even though I was only there to pay $ to get my vehicle fixed, I couldn't have been more happy going through it with Courtesy Acura. Lost Sale I was interested in a RDX. After I had chosen the car I wanted to purchase,I was there waiting around for repeated long stretches of time. I had an ap I was interested in a RDX. After I had chosen the car I wanted to purchase,I was there waiting around for repeated long stretches of time. I had an approval letter and a high credit score. After a long while, I informed the rep I had to leave and asked if I could put a deposit and come back tomorrow. The rep said I could put a $1000 deposit, but if I didn't buy the car I would lose the deposit. Since I had already wasted hours at Courtesy for that kind of treatment, I left and ended up buying a car somewhere else. I spoke with the manager later and the manager supported what the rep had stated. More

There was also an ice cold water bottle and treat left for me when I got into my car. I bought my first Acura Integra from them back in 1990. So glad I returned to purchase my RDX from them.
