To my surprise that wasn't the case when I bought my new Acura. Gizette was friendly, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite features on my new car is the Apple CarPlay! It's Awesome. While there not only was Gizette super helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed to genuinely care about me. She gave me the tour of the dealership, real rolled out the red carpet. Matt is a good service advisor, however my experience arranging and being charged for some routine maintenance items was lacking. First, Acura is very vague about what services are needed at what intervals - there is nothing in the manual and the vehicle reminders don't offer much. Every time I call I have to leave a message for a call back. Then the person who calls me back suggests a power steering fluid change, something my car doesn't even have. When I get the work order from the valet, it includes things that I did not ask for. I have to leave a message to cancel one of them. When I get called to pay, I had to remind them to give me the discounted service offers that I'm bombarded with on email.....however, upon receiving the invoice from the drop-off valet, the amount credited was less than the offer. While they credited me the difference, I had requested all this when I first scheduled the car. On top of that, there was a miscommunication about a cabin air filter replacement that they charge $59 for - a $22 part that takes < 1 minute to replace. More

The MDX has been on our list for a while now, but we really haven’t needed until now. With 4 kids it’s nice having the room. We all love our new MDX! And our saleswoman, Gizette. Super helpful and was awesome with my kids. The dealership has a Disney kids lounge where they hung out while I was able to take care of business. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. More

Cole was helpful although our test drive was a bit interrupted by a bi-lingual phone call that took him away from our business for several minutes. He said it was dealership business so whomever was on the other end was not respectful of his time. When I came back the next Saturday to pay for and pick up the car Cole was busy with another custoer. The man working at the "help"? desk spoke to us and let us know that Cole was unavailable but then found someone else to assist us. I guess it was Mr. Watson that worked with me to finalize the paperwork. He was excellent, efficient and very personable.. Cole had the service department prepare the car and it was immaculate. We were told that the oil had been changed but the maintenance light was still on. We checked the oil and it looked good so perhaps the warning light was not changed after the oil change? In general, Courtesy Acura lived up to it's name. More
