He explained the differences between the MDX and RDX, and let us drive them both. At no point did he push us. We drove the RDX on our 1st trip to the dealership. We drove the MDX on our 2nd trip. Then we did some pricing with other Acura dealerships, and Courtesy Acura had the best pricing. I have a 2008 TL that I purchased from Courtesy, so I am familiar with their excellent customer service. Daniel lives up to what we have come to expect from Courtesy. Great experience during a routine maintenance visit I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and was greeted warmly when I arrived and was directed to the customer waiting area as I needed to I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and was greeted warmly when I arrived and was directed to the customer waiting area as I needed to wait for my car. I was told the approx. time my car would take and that the same person who checked me in would be giving me an update. Not only was there coffee, water and snacks available while I waited, but my car was ready almost exactly when it was promised. My car had been washed and I was given a bottle of water for my trip home. It's these little touches that differentiate this dealer from many others. It was a very pleasant experience. More
