Our new car list did not include an Acura, but after an underwhelming experience at Volvo (currently owned and XC90) and being over priced at Infiniti, we thought we'd give the MDX a shot. From the moment we stepped out of our car, I knew something was up. Will Douglas recognized myself and the boys from a test drive a couple months earlier at another dealership. He was a great guy, did not apply undo pressure and I knew he would be a great sales fit for my wife. We told Will what we wanted, test drove the MDX and loved it. Nothing fancy at this time, Lease deal and the color. Covering the paperwork was the normal, lining out the deal was pretty simple and then financing was a breeze. Dean worked me through the signatures and options for additional work, understanding that I was not going to add much extra, he touched on all offerings, but was not pressuring me as we usually feel. Almost made me want to buy the undercoating just because of that. We were in and out in less than 2 hours total, with 2 young kids. It was pleasurable and hands down the best car buying experience we have had. Even the next day when my wife had to sign off on a couple forms, Dean had her covered in less than 5 minutes, she was flabbergasted.
