Courtesy Acura had a listing available and Andrew was there to answer any questions that we had. The price was above our budget, but we decided to check it out anyway. We were confident that Andrew cared about our best interest. When we visited the dealership last week, we felt welcomed. That to me, was an important first impression. Once we test drove the car, we were in love! We discussed some numbers and Andrew was also trying his best to make it work for us. There’s also a play room inside for the kids. After closing the deal, we worked with Don in Financing. Don made everything simple for us. The staff did a good job with cleaning/derailing the car. I asked if we were able to leave the car there for a couple of days due to a busy schedule and it was no problem. They tinted our front windows and applied cilajet (per agreed package-$). I was having trouble with picking up the car as some things have come up, but Andrew came to my rescue and offered to deliver the car to our house. How amazing is that! He and Leo reviewed the contract over with me to ensure that everything was good to go. We absolutely love our car!! Thank you Courtesy Acura! More
