There was patience and friendliness rather than pressure and indifference. Since my car is brand new, i can't recommend the service department YET! This is the second car we've purchased from Courtesy Acura. My husband bought an MDX last year (from Sean!)...and has loved the car and service! Truly, I do recommend Courtesy Acura! More

Kitty Baum contacted me and walked me through a number of their available options to me within my range of preferences. She was very patient and thorough on all my follow up questions. I was between two cars (one an Acura and one was not) and she actually walked through the difference between the two cars to figure out what I wanted/needed. I didn't feel any pressure to buy as she really did want me to get a car that was best for me, even if it wasn't an Acura. While I do wish we could have negotiated on price a bit more (who doesn't want a good deal?) they did offer competitive pricing and I did feel that I paid a fair price for the car. Purchasing the car was very quick and efficient with Jeremiah Watson, Jimmy O'Connell did a nice job of explaining the differences in the packages offered on the vehicle. Leo Falcam was exceptionally good explaining the car in great detail so that I was able to understand what each function does (and there are a lot) and how to operate the car. He was more than willing to meet additional times as there is a lot to learn and even came out to our home to program the garage door openers and my phone. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura! More

This was not the closest Acura dealer to us, but it was the best to work with. Each person we spoke with was honest and straight forward, there was no bait and switch or price haggling. From the website we could see the Carfax report and the Kelly Blue Book value for the vehicles we were considering. The buying process was smooth, no pressure and an overall positive experience. I definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
