Not the best for a Prospective Customer I had recently test driven a 2016 RDX and was interested in owning one. With that in mind I started researching online and was able to find a ton of I had recently test driven a 2016 RDX and was interested in owning one. With that in mind I started researching online and was able to find a ton of information on inside pricing, and wanted to propose a fair offer price beneficial for both parties and requested an online quote. The lady who responded was very rude and misrepresented a lot of facts. In fact just because you have so much experience working with dealerships doesn't mean people who don't work in dealerships don't have information or know how they work. I guess many sales persons in dealerships think that consumers don't have enough information which is incorrect. If it was back in the 2000's then that might be true and consumers blindly have to go with what the dealerships offer. Not anymore. In fact I did reach out to different member of the team to see since I did not have a good experience with the first person but unfortunately he did want to take over since I was already in talks with. the first person. Does your dealership even want to work towards selling a car to prospective customer or just lose their business and have cars sitting in your inventory?? More

Positive in every way We were treated with professionalism and concern from start to finish. We never felt compelled to make any choices that were not right for us. Explanations were thorough and sufficient without sounding glib and practiced. Everyone was friendly,but not in a patronizing way. There were phone contacts after the initial drive, but no pressure to make a hasty decision.
