Fast, simply, friendly, and patient! Having never visited the Courtesy Acura, I was a bit hesitant because I normally avoid dealerships for fear of being pressured by a pushy salesman. H Having never visited the Courtesy Acura, I was a bit hesitant because I normally avoid dealerships for fear of being pressured by a pushy salesman. However, this experience was beyond delightful. I worked with Rick Armijo and he was nothing short of amazing. Upon arriving at the dealership Rick greeted me and was extremely friendly. I eventually found two *almost identical* vehicles; Rick was extremely patient as I flip-flopped between the two cars; he humored me and let me test drive both without any pressure or complaints. When I finally did decide, Rick made the actual buying experience pain-free. He took his time explaining the terms and pricing figures. He even gave me time alone to talk it over with the person I brought with me. Even though the sale transaction ended up going past closing time, Rick never made me feel pressured or rushed; he took his time and ensure it was a comfortable experience for me. I look forward to doing more business with Rick and Courtesy Acura and I will most definitely be recommending it friends and family. More
