My experience was very good. I was well informed about problem issues with my 2001 MDX (532,000 plus miles). My review interior mirror was very loose, however someone tighten/fixed it, and now does not turn downward when going over a bump. I'm noting this because I did not indicate any problem with this item - bottom line this impressed me, in addition the work performed was excellent and individuals I spoke to were very patient and polite.
