Great experience overall! Coming from a few hours away I was skeptical about the old bait and switch tactics of years gone by in the car industry. The team at Courtesy Buick GMC made everything clear, simple and upfront. When I showed up at the dealership to finalize everything there were no surprises. I was in and out with paperwork and taking delivery before I knew it and back on the road. One of the best purchase and delivery experiences I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. This is true from the salesperson to the finance team. Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience! More

Matt the sales representative was kind and thoughtful. He took his time and explained all the new upgrades to me and my wife. He also explained the loaner vehicle when in for service over an hour.
