The service department is always professional and courteous haven’t had a bad experience with them and I’ve serviced 2 vehicles here. This was the first major problem I’ve had with my car the windshield cracked it was going to be a very expensive repair. Bill Brown the service manager thought it could of been a stress crack so he went out of his way to contact Mitsubishi to see if the factory would help me. They did the repair at no cost to me.Extremely happy that service went out of their way to help me.Overwhelmed with relief that I didn’t have to pay for a very expensive repair. More

The sales team was excellent, the service was also excellent as was the financial team. I do however have a problem. As it turns out what I thought was an extended warranty turns out to be an agreement to cover a large bucket of engine parts that I will probably never use at a cost to me of about $4,000. That's a problem to me. I went back to Courtesy and asked for more information on what was covered I walked away with nothing. I went to the service department and asked for more information and again walked away with nothing. I'm 63 years old and have learned that if it's not in writing you don't get it. I am also disabled living on SS. With that being said, Courtesy PROVE ME WRONG. Is labor or electrical or electronics A/C or fuel systems or anything else covered? Show me in writing and put me at ease. I get calls every day about extended warranty's I need to know weather or not I've been mislead so I can buy what I need. Thank You in advance. More
