In fact, my experience was so great that I purchased two cars from these gentlemen within the last four months. On the day I purchased the first car, I’d already been shopping around and planned to simply test drive a vehicle at Covert, then go home and decide among my prospects. However, after shooting the xxxx with these guys, I decided to make the purchase that day. Admittedly, I liked the car but it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. The deciding factor for my decision was the quality of the rapport I had built with sales reps the moment I walked in the door. A few months later, due to a series of unfortunate events, I needed another vehicle. This time, I didn’t care to go through the hassle of shopping around. I was under enough stress. I knew I could just make a call, tell them what I wanted and they would it happen. And they did. Within a week or so, they found the PERFECT car for me. It was EXACTLY what I wanted, down to the color and spare tire included! And… it was in my price range. I didn’t have to do a thing! I will be forever grateful to these gentlemen for being the silver lining in my problematic circumstances. More
