The service department had very little insight on my issue. Instead of trying to figure out what was needed to help my vehicle within its warranty they instead insisted I try a treatment that cost over issue. Instead of trying to figure out what was needed to help my vehicle within its warranty they instead insisted I try a treatment that cost over 800$ without giving any backing for it importance but instead stating it’s just the next step of process they stated they did not understand and could not explain to me.
