Keaton, sales department, and Manny, finance, were great and made me feel comfortable. I did not like that the price was 8k higher from the advertised and was not discussed until the papers were being signe and made me feel comfortable. When I asked the manager why it was so much higher than MRSP, he said that is only if I qualify for XYZ discounts etc. I was never asked if I had any of the qualification or no discussion on how to get the best price. I feel like they upped the price because they could, which is disappointing for a first time buying experience. More
