Let me start with saying I have been in sales for over 25 years. I HATE going to a dealership. Car dealer mentality is not something I do very well with. After researching many dealerships this week, while l years. I HATE going to a dealership. Car dealer mentality is not something I do very well with. After researching many dealerships this week, while looking for multiple vehicles for my family, I decided to call Terry Coggins. Terry comes highly recommended by many reviewers. Terry took my call on his day off. He was peasant and told me that he would connect us to Ryan, who was working and could help us. Ryan sent a text right away and was excited to help. We set up a time and he met us at the door with the car my daughter was interested in pulled up to the front and ready for her to test drive. Ryan explained all elements of the process very well. He has a great demeanor and was not telling us things because he thought it was what we wanted to hear. Ryan listened to us and did the best he could to get us maximum rebates and a fair price. I was also able to have a conversation with Jared while I was there. He was not our sales consultant but offered us cupcakes. He and I had a one on one conversation about his experience selling vehicles. He was a great person and seemed to be pleased with his 5 years working at Crestmont. When Ryan handed us off to Nancy(Finance) and it was evident she knew her job well. She encouraged us to consider additional protection but never pressured anyone. She actually knew the former Mayor of our city and we chatted about him a little. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to consider Crestmont Hyundai. I have read reviews where individuals complained about the time it took to buy a car at this dealership. Hello folks, this is a major purchase and these people are making sure every individual knows what needs to be communicated before the door closes and the keys are handed over.
