While at first this dealership seemed nice, prompt, and helpful they have turned out to be a major inconvenience to me. They never followed up with the status of my car when they said they did. I had to ca helpful they have turned out to be a major inconvenience to me. They never followed up with the status of my car when they said they did. I had to call every time to receive an update. They did not entirely fix the issue with my car the first time around, and now I have been back two times and still need to go back a third. They told me that since my service was incomplete they would make room for me and get the work done as soon as the correct parts came in (note that the wrong part or not the entire part was shipped twice causing a longer delay). However, once the parts were all in they did not take my car in, instead they told me they could not get me in until the end of September. I have now been driving a car that is not fully fixed for over a month and still will be driving it for another month until the issue is revolved. Overall, this has been a major inconvenience to me. Not to mention the lack of communication has been very disappointing. I should not have to call every time to get an update, especially when I am told that I will be called with any updates. More
