Scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. They told me they were scheduling two weeks out, no problem. I dropped my car off two weeks later on a Thursday afternoon to be serviced on Friday. I had told me they were scheduling two weeks out, no problem. I dropped my car off two weeks later on a Thursday afternoon to be serviced on Friday. I had to arrange a ride home from the dealer which is 25 miles round trip from home. I received a call at 3:30 pm on Friday that they never got a chance to even look at my car. This is completely unacceptable and they didn't seem to care that I now have to reschedule an appointment and arrange another ride home. Why would they schedule more appointments than they can service in a days time. Especially when they are scheduling two weeks out. They made up some excuss that they don't have enough mechanics. Then don't schedule more cars than you can service. More
