From the very beginning Doug and I established a good personal contact and I felt like I was talking to myself. Doug told me take it for a spin and just pretend I'm not in the car, drive it as you would normally drive. You don't hear this too often from a sales person who usually wants to sell you the car. I felt very comfortable with him. I drove for may be 20 min and we talked about different stuff, including unrelated to cars and it felt very natural. The same experience continued in the Office where he extensively explained to me everything I need to know, as I told him that this would be my first such buying experience in the States. To make it shorter, I didn't buy that car for my own considerations (although I initially paid $4K) but I really enjoyed his outstanding personality and I'd recommend to anyone to ask for him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful and easy going. We talked briefly about a deal on that car and met the manager. There was no pressure. We called the next day and said we would buy that car. The dealership met every expectation we had. The deal was fair and the car was certified and in terrific condition. They worked hard to get us the financing we needed and even the signing of all the paperwork went smoothly. Everyone smiles and was very friendly. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I would recommend this dealership and I would return here again. They even made it very easy to obtain a registration in our home state. More
