Best experience I could ask for as a first time buyer! I just bought a 2013 Camaro 2LS and Russell gave me a wonderful experience. I had met him a couple days prior to buying it at the lot and he approached just bought a 2013 Camaro 2LS and Russell gave me a wonderful experience. I had met him a couple days prior to buying it at the lot and he approached me asking if there was anything he could help me with and as a first time buyer I had tons of questions, as to how it worked what money to put down what to expect and look for. I came back to him a couple days later and he made the process of trading in me jeep easy and explained to me step by step how this works when trading in my car. He really gave me a great understanding on the process. As a first time buyer I was nervous to get the car and how trading in would work but Russell made my experience easy and I felt like I understood what was going on , and what I was spending and not spending, why my payments came out to this just everything. I felt extremely comfortable when I left for how that process went and I love my car!! From the first contact, he replied to my messages promptly, and we were able to work out a great deal in 24 hours. He worked on his day off to make sure that everything was ready to go by the time I got there on a Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly, sincere, and very knowledgeable about the product. Mike is a super salesman. Talked me into a new Grand Sport when I had come to the dealer just to look at used cars.
