We stopped by to look at vehicles while picking our car up from the service department. The experience with Luis, could not have been more pleasant. He spent time asking our preferences, showing us a variety of options, which helped to narrow down our selections. We also met Julius, the sales manager and he was equally welcoming. In addition to being informative, he provided us a number of options for vehicle personalization (thanks Jon). Most importantly, it was not a high-pressure sales situation. We are still trying to figure out our next vehicle but when we are ready, we will be coming back to Criswell. More
