I had a fantastic experience working with Alejandro during my recent car purchase. He was incredibly personable and friendly throughout the entire process, which made what can often be a stressful expe during my recent car purchase. He was incredibly personable and friendly throughout the entire process, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Alejandro always had a smile on his face and was very prompt when it to answering any questions I had. His professionalism and genuine approach really stood out. I also want to mention Edwin, the Manager,who took the time to walk me through the car's features and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with everything before leaving. Together, they made a great team and provided great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience. More

We came in the test drive a crv we saw online. Afterwards, we sat down to negotiate a deal. At the end, I offered about $1k below asking, they declined and left. Uche (sales) contacted me following day to say he spoke with another manager who was more flexible and more willing to make a deal. Uche would not give me numbers but "Promised he would make us very happy" sounded scammish but was closeby and decided to give him a shot. We came back and sat down with him and other manager. He gave me price sheet, with the same offer as before, no changes! I asked why they dragged us back in if they were presenting same offer, had no answer except "that's the best we can do". A common tactic decades old but still around i see. They wanted to go back and forth, but we cut our losses and left. A big waste of time!! More

I recently worked with Sean Nazemian from Criswell Honda in Germantown, MD to purchase a used Telluride. It was my first time buying a car by myself. Sean's humility and patience really set him apart from all of the other dealers that I contacted. From the first contact, Sean was polite and respectful on the phone and on email. He was flexible with my hectic schedule and was only a phone call away to field my (numerous) questions. Sean was not pushy at all, but rather it felt like he was genuinely on my side when it came to getting the vehicle to the price I needed. The trade in value for my current car was fair and worked for my budget. Additionally, Sean walked me through what I would need to do after the sale (when to get insurance, picking up tags, etc), which was helpful for this first timer! Viktor from the financing department was also a gem. I thought he did a good job explaining the benefits of getting a warranty without pushing or insisting. He was a great source of advice and very personable while completing the paperwork for the purchase. Overall I would like to thank Criswell Honda for making my first car buying experience an excellent one. Every single person I worked with was efficient and courteous. It really makes a difference when you feel like the salesman is on your team. I'll definitely be recommending Sean to my friends and family looking for a new ride! More
