Excellent Service! I called Criswell about a 1/2 hour before arriving and got lucky and talked to salesman Tommy Karanikolis. He as very friendly and answered all my q I called Criswell about a 1/2 hour before arriving and got lucky and talked to salesman Tommy Karanikolis. He as very friendly and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car out front and provided me with a Carfax history and a bottle of water. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable and positive. Tommy did all the little extra's that made my overall experience excellent. Sales Manager Mike Tomazos helped negotiate a fair price and Manager Calvin Young was very generous in helping my family the day we picked up the car. I will definitely return to Criswell Honda next time I'm looking, and will call Tommy again before I arrive. More
