She, as well as everyone else in the dealership, was so patient with me and addressed all my questions. They beat another dealer's offer and I could have not asked for better service AND price! Great Sales Associate / Shady Finance Guy I having nothing but great things to say about the sales associate Jae Lim. I would highly recommend him. Overall I’m satisfied with the experience I having nothing but great things to say about the sales associate Jae Lim. I would highly recommend him. Overall I’m satisfied with the experience and with the used car I purchased. My only complaint is the finance guy. I knew he was going to do the hard sell on the warranty but I pushed back and he acquiesced. However, as I’m about to sign the loan application I noticed that the monthly payment was more than what he had already told me it would be. Upon further inspection he had included a life insurance plan that would pay off the vehicle if I died. I did not ask for that and he did not tell me it was included. I found that to be very shady and really turned me off. When I called him on it, he told me it was in my best interest because if I died, “the car would go to the finance company, not your spouse”. Which is of course complete xxxxxxxx. The car is in both of our names. He reluctantly removed the insurance and I got the car at the originally agreed upon monthly payment. More
